Senior Partner
Nancy Fortin, Senior Partner, is a lawyer and holds a degree in taxation from the University of Sherbrooke (D. Fisc). She practices primarily in corporate law, where her practice focuses primarily on reorganizations, acquisitions and sales of businesses, mergers, liquidations and dissolutions of businesses, all within Canada. She also provides corporate and tax support to her clients, who are primarily small and medium-sized businesses located primarily in Canada, France and the United States. She also provides advice to individuals on shareholder agreements, discretionary trusts, estate freezes and business transfers or successions. Finally, she is a speaker on shareholder agreements and business sales.
